Radar

Your ad account
can't tell you
why CPMs moved.

It can confirm they jumped. It cannot tell you that four competitors pushed new creative into the same auction that fortnight — which is often the answer, and is invisible from inside your own account.

  • The explanations you have — are seasonality and creative fatigue, and you cannot evidence either one.
  • The one you don't — is who else turned up, what they ran, and how long they kept it live.
  • Inside the trial — fourteen days covers a full reporting cycle, so you have the answer before the next review.

Radar is holding 2685 captured creatives across 9 brands today. Built by ImpactGain, the revenue operations consultancy.

No card. Recording starts the same day, on your competitors, not a demo set.

Fourteen days, then it stops unless you say otherwise. Cancel from settings, no conversation required.

This is what
recording looks like.

Every tile below is a competitor’s own ad, captured and re-hosted the day we found it, at the size it was published. Click one to open its record: the copy it ran with, how long it ran, and the day we first saw it. This is the archive your account starts building on day one — against your competitors, not these.

Monday, before
your first meeting.

One brief a week, written from the captures themselves. What changed, who moved, and the one thing worth doing about it — so the reading happens before the meeting rather than in it.

What a brief opens with — Swarovski put 57 of its 60 captured creatives up for less than a week, while EasyJet has kept 19 running past a month. Two different bets on the same audience, and both are only visible because both are on file.

What Radar
does not do.

Worth knowing before you spend a fortnight on it, rather than finding out on day three.

  • No spend figures. Nobody outside a competitor’s ad account knows what they spent, and anyone quoting you a number is modelling one.
  • No impressions, no CTR, no performance metrics. Radar records what ran and how long it stayed up. How long a creative survives is the honest proxy for whether it worked, and it is the one we give you.
  • No real-time alerting. Sources are swept weekly. If you need to know within the hour that a competitor changed a headline, this is the wrong tool.
  • No guessing at strategy. Every line in the brief points back to a capture you can open and read yourself.

Questions people ask.

What happens after fourteen days?

Recording stops unless you choose a plan. No card is taken up front, so nothing charges on its own and there is no cancellation conversation to have.

Do I need a card to start?

No. Email address, password, and the competitors you want watched. That is the whole setup.

How long until there is something to look at?

Radar backfills the moment you add a competitor, so the wall is populated in the first session rather than empty until Monday. Most accounts see a captured creative within the hour.

Which sources does it watch?

Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn ads, plus LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram posts and the competitor's own blog. Paid and organic land on the same wall, in the order they happened.

Can I run it on a client's competitors?

Yes, and agencies usually start there — one client's set, one fortnight, next month's report with a competitor section in it. Talk to us about running it across a whole book once you have seen it work on one.

Who is behind it?

ImpactGain, a revenue operations consultancy. Radar is the product we built because our own clients kept paying people to check competitors by hand.

Recording starts
the day you do.

Name a competitor and the archive begins filling the same day. Fourteen days is enough to see a full reporting cycle — and whatever it captures in that fortnight is yours to keep reading.
